Happy New Year's Eve

2017 to is coming to an end and tomorrow I have a big announcement to make on my blog, so check back in the morning!  Today I am sharing a new card featuring the Stamping Bella Stuffies - the walrus, the polar bear and the penguin.

The image was colored with Copics and then I added some touches of Prismacolor pencil to add texture and depth.  The card front is made with older Echo Park paper, and I added black stitching lines to the entire card front for definition.

Happy Hippo Birthday

Today's Birthday themed card for the monthly challenge at One Crazy Stamper is a clean and simple design!

The card base is just a piece of yellow cardstock with a layer of dp from Echo Park Paper's Beautiful Life collection, and finished with a piece of white cardstock embossed with an older Cuttlebug folder.  A simple piece of ribbon was wrapped around the embossed paper before it was adhered to the card front.  The adorable image is one of three included on the Whimsy Stamps Happy Birthday to You set available here
The Copic colors that I have used are shown in the below photo -

Be sure to check out the wonderful prize that you could win just by entering a birthday themed card in One Crazy Stamper's monthly challenge.  We are also looking for guest designer's for the coming months, so please check out all of the details here.

Birthday Challenge!!!

It's the start of a new month, so that means that there is a new monthly challenge theme over at One Crazy Stamper, and the theme is BIRTHDAY.

I have had this cute image from Whimsy Stamps entitled "Birthday Baby Girl" for awhile now, and just never had the time to ink it up and color it, so the BIRTHDAY theme is the perfect time.  I stamped the image with Tuxedo Black Memento ink on Copic Xpress It cardstock, and then colored her with Copic Sketch Markers Stardust Stickles highlight the dots and flower centers.  The image was matted with cardstock, then mounted on dp's from Echo Park's Beautiful Life collection.  The ribbon, flowers sentiment, and buttons, are all from my stash.
Card Recipe
Skin - E000, E00, E01
Hair - E11, E13, E15
Yellows - Y13, Y15, Y17
Pinks - R81, R83, R85 (some R87 on flowers on pjs)

Bring on the Bubbly!!!

This is my second post for today, so if you are looking for my One Crazy Stamper post, please scroll down.

Today is sadly my last post as one of the guest designers at Loves Rubberstamps.  I have had a great time participating with all of the lovely ladies on the design team, and thank them for inviting me to join them for the month.  For the last challenge the theme is New Year Celebrations.

I colored up this cute Stamping Bella "Madison has a Margarite" Uptown girl image with my Copics, then matted her, and placed her on my card background that uses dp from Echo Park Paper Company's Winter Wishes collection.  The bubbly die is from Memory Box, and the pearls were made with a Viva Decor Pearl pen.  Ribbon and sentiment are from my stash.

Be sure to check out the entire design team and guest designers wonderful projects and enter the challenge to win an awesome prize at Loves Rubberstamps Challenges, and don't forget to check out the online store for all of your scrapbooking and card making supplies.
