A Beary Merry Day

Thursday has rolled around again so that means it's time for me to showcase a card for One Crazy Stamper and today I have another adorable High Hopes Rubber stamps image.

This is Beary Wishes that I have colored with Copics - the bear received the terry towel technique to add texture to the fur.  I colored the card front with a blue Copic marker to resemble clouds, then cut out two clouds that have the sentiment hand written on them.

Love

It's the day of Love - I made a quick trip to a local grocery store today and the number of men lined up to purchase flowers was staggering!!!  There are going to be a lot of happy ladies in town today!

My card today showcases one of celebrations that is probably taking place all over the world today - the day two people become one.  The image is Uptown Couple Brett and Brenda get Married from Stamping Bella that I have colored with Copics and then matted and framed with paper from my stash.

So this week must be the week to show you how to use the same stamp different ways, because my project today features the same High Hopes Stamps image that a couple of the other design team members have already used.  This is My Beat Friend that you can find right here in the store.

I colored the image with Copics, then fussy cut it and placed it on a tag that also features a Marianne Designs creatable grass die, and some hand drawn lines and sentiment made with a Copic Multiliner pen.

You Are My Everything

The big day is fast approaching - Valentine's is just a few days away and in honor of that special day my card today is a perfect fit.  When I made the card I kept in non specific ( no Valentine reference ) so that it can be used for several special occasions such as an anniversary.

The image is from Lili of the Valley and is called Secretly Yours - I have colored it with Copics and then paired it with papers from Bo Bunny.  The mats were all cut with a Spellbinder die, while the ribbon and sentiment are from my stash.

Bella Baby

Happy snow day!!  It seems that no matter where you are in Canada today the lovely white stuff is floating down coating us all in a blanket of white.  Depending on which groundhog you follow, there may or may not be six more weeks of winter - being someone who has lived her entire life in Alberta I tend to believe that winter is sticking around for awhile yet.  So to break up the long dreary days I have been busy coloring and today's card is one that I recently finished.

This image is from Stamping Bella and is entitled Uptown Girl Bailey has a Baby.  I have colored in with Copics then mounted it on paper from my stash.  The sentiment is included with the image.

Cute as a Ladybug

Ahh, the month of love has arrived which means that since it's a new month there is a new challenge at One Crazy Stamper, and for the theme we are asking you to show us your RED, WHITE AND A DIE CUT creations.

This cute little image is Ladybug Love from High Hope Rubber stamps, and I have colored it up with Copics, then fussy cut the image before placing it on a card base cut with a Spellbinder die.  The antennae are formed with paper clips from my stash, the center of the red flower has Black Flower soft added to it, and the white flowers are made with the Fabulous Phlox die from Memory Box.  Some Bazzill ribbon and a hand drawn sentiment finish off the card.
