A Kiss to Celebrate the Season

Time for a new challenge at One Crazy Stamper and this month we are looking for projects that are Christmas/Winter themed.  You can use any stamp except for digital images.  You have all month to join in the fun for a chance to win a fabulous prize from OCS.

This sweet image is Mooshie Steals a Kiss available at One Crazy Stamper here.  I have colored it with Copics, then fussy cut it and popped it up on the card front I created by inking a Cuttlebug embossing folder with Ranger Distress Antique Linen ink, then running in through my Cuttlebug.  The finishing touches are a wooden snowflake, twine, and a sentiment I did on my computer.

Light Browns - E50, E51, E53
Dark Browns - E55, E57, E59

Little Mummy

Halloween is quickly approaching - soon the little ghosts and goblins will be out trick or treating and my card today is perfect for the season.

This is "Mummy" from High Hopes Rubber Stamps that I colored with Copics.  The card front is black card stock that I ran through my Cuttlebug to get the pumpkin embossing, which I then highlighted with orange and green Viva Decor Inka Golds.  After wrapping the card front with some bits of torn cheesecloth, I mounted the fussy cut image and a sentiment from High Hopes stamps to finish it off.

Copics used - C1, C3, C5, E00, E01, E11, YR04, YR09, E25, B24, RV32, Colorless Blender

More Advents

Christmas season is fast approaching, and last year I did several advent calendars to celebrate the season.  Here's photos of two of the advent calendars I made last year.

The first version features a bird and his home, while the second one features an older Hallmark ornament of Santa.

Loved making them and I hope you enjoy looking at them!

Beary Snowy

Mother Nature is giving us a taste of winter today - just a few snowflakes flying around, but the temperature is only 3 and the wind is brutal - brrrrrrrrr is all I can say!

Here's another card that I colored last year - amazing what you find in your old posts.  This adorable image is from Lili of the Valley that I colored with Copics.  The hat received a coat of Polar White Flower Soft to add some dimension, and a wood snowflake mounted in the corner of the card front, finishes off the card.

Cold Hands....

Here's another card that I did last winter, and then forgot to post.  It's the perfect card for today as our wonderful summer weather is coming to an abrupt end - it's currently 20 but tomorrow's high is a cool 4 with snow and sleet!!  Brrrrrr!!!!

This adorable image and sentiment are from Lili of the Valley.  The image was colored with Copics, cut out with a Spellbinder die, and then mounted on paper from my stash.  The snowflake border and individual snowflakes are from Joy Craft.
