Musical Harmony

Today's card features a wonderful digital image from MayzyArt.  I have decided to step down from the design team, as I have some major changes coming in the next few months - selling and then buying a new home, and a knee replacement sometime in the next year, but I have enjoyed being on this talented lady's team!

This is Bibi's Harmony which fits the next fortnights challenge theme at MayzyArt perfectly - the theme is Music!!!  I have colored the image with Copics, matted it on dp from the Bird Song collection by First Edition, and accented it with a die from Memory Box, and a tag sentiment from Whimsy Stamps.  Please check out the rest of the design teams wonderful creations here, and enter to win a fabulous prize.

Must be Love!!

How time flies - hard to believe but two weeks have passed and it's now time for the next MayzyArt Challenge.  This time the theme is ROMANTIC.
I have colored up the image "Frog Princess" available in Mayzy's shop here, with my Copic markers, then matted and framed her with paper from First Edition's Bird Song collection.  The sentiment and the flowers are from the local big box craft store.  Be sure to check out the rest of the amazing design teams wonderful creations, and then enter your project to win a fantastic prize!!!

I have chosen to work with Fairy Meri and gave her that special "Avatar" look with my Copic markers and prismacolor pencils.  The dp is all from Kaisercraft's Magic Happens collection and the die is from Memory Box.  Please be sure to check out the rest of the design teams wonderful creations at the MayzyArt challenge blog here, and then create your own special project to enter to win!!!

Green and Fluffy???!!!!!

MayzyArt's new challenge is up and running, and the fun theme for the next fortnight is "Fluffy".  I colored this cute image "Halloween Frankenstein" with my copics and then made him all cute and cuddly with a layer of Flower Soft.  Who wouldn't love a giant fluffy Frankie to play with!!

Super Mom to the Rescue!!!!

This is a re-post for this challenge.  Due to a family emergency Mayzy had to delay the original challenge, but the good news is it is now up and running, and you have until August 24 to participate!!!

Time for the next MayzyArt challenge, and for this fortnight the theme is Silly!
This is Super Mom available at the MayzyArt etsy store here.  I have colored the image with Copics, and mounted it onto dp that I enhanced with Stickles.  The cool sentiment is part of a stamp set, and the other words were doodles I did!  Check out the other design team members projects and enter to win the challenge.

Dreaming of Being......

Wow, where does the time go - today is the last day of June already, and it's time for a new challenge theme at MayzyArt.  For the next fortnight we would love to see your project for Flights of Fancy!!!

This is Tire Swing Hailey available at MayzyArt's etsy site.   I have colored her with Copics, and cut the image out with Spellbinders Floral Doily.  The butterflies were cut with a Memory Box die, Spellbinders die and a Martha Stewart punch then layed onto the card front.  Check out the rest of the design teams beautiful projects and enter to win here.

Mayzy's Flamenco Dancer

It's time for the next MayzyArt challenge and this one is pretty easy - it's BLACK!!
There are all kinds of interpretations of the theme on display at the MayzyArt blog - the design team has really outdone themselves this time - check out all of their fabulous projects here.

For this fortnight's challenge I colored the image "Digi Dancers - Flamenco" all in black with white roses, and look at those fishnet stockings!!  The image was cut out with Spellbinders Label 14, and mounted on layers of dp from 7 Gypsies Paddington collection.  The fan is a Cheery Lynn die, that I embossed and then inked with white to show off the dragonflies.  The flourish on the top corner is also from Cheery Lynn, while the bottom left corner features a Memory Box flourish.  To complete the card I added pearls with a Viva Decor pearl pen, and an oversized black pearl brad as the fan center.
You have two weeks to enter the challenge and win digital images from MayzyArt, so hop on over and check out the rest of the teams projects, and then get crafting!!!
