And here's my interpretation of the challenge.....
This is Kraftin' Kimmie Stamps "Eliza" stamped with Memento Tuxedo Black ink on Copic Xpress It cardstock, and colored with Copics. The image was cut with a Spellbinders oval die, and the sentiment with Labels 10. The lace, feathers and flowers are from my stash, and the dp is an oldie from My Mind's Eye Meadowlark collection.
