Only 2 more days of Stampede fun in Calgary, and the annual Stampede was my inspiration for my "Anything But a Card" project for this week's challenge at MayzyArt.
This is my July page for next years calendar featuring MayzyArt's Line Dancer digital image. The image is colored with Copics, cut with Spellbinders Label 4 and mounted on denim paper from my stash. The sentiment is from Waltzingmouse Stamps, buttons are Jesse James, and the twine is also from my stash.
The challenge at MayzyArt runs for two weeks, and we would love to see your wonderful projects for the theme of "Anything but a Card". Hop on over to the challenge blog, check out the rest of the design teams stunning creations, and enter to win!!!

ReplyDeleteHi Shari....Thanks for the wonderful comment on my candle project. Your calendar is great as well. I've wanted to make a calendar for many years now and still could not find the time. But your project inspires me, maybe before the end of this year, I can make one for our home...God bless!
ReplyDeleteAwesome calendar page! The theme is wonderful and of course your coloring is spot on great.

That may be one of the best sentiments I have ever seen! I love it. And your denim papers are perfect. I'm just next door in Saskatchewan and we have been watching the Stampede on TV. You are lucky to have had such good weather. Thank-you for sharing with us at The Poodles Parlour!
