Oops where did the first day of the month go..... oh well better late than never!  Here is this month's page for the perpetual calendar.

This beautiful image is another Crafts and Me digital image from artist Sara Burrier, that I printed on to water color paper, and then painted with Distress Ink reinkers.  

May Perpetual Calendar

May, the month of new growth and the celebration of Mom.  For my perpetual calendar page I wanted the colors to reflect the sprouting of new foilage, so I went with a bright green dress on this beautiful image from Crafts and Me.

The digital image was printed on watercolor paper, and then painted with Ranger distress ink reinkers and a waterbrush.  The stars and wings have a coat of Wink of Stella clear on them to make them sparkle.

April Perpetual Calendar

April arrived a few days ago so it's time to show you the page that I painted with Distress ink reinkers and a waterbrush.  This beautiful image is from Crafts and Me and is drawn by Sara Burrier.  There are touches of Wink of Stella clear glitter on the wings.  Only eight more months to show you all.
