Just to let You Know....

I probably shouldn't tell you this but I almost forgot to post a card for today.  Blame it on school!!  I spent the entire day at student orientation in downtown Calgary, learning all the ins and outs for the course I am starting next week, and by the time I got home, all I wanted to do was relax, so................ it is now 11pm my time and I just remembered to do this post.

This sweet image is another fabulous image from Stamping Bella featuring Petunia the pig and new chick friends - Nice to See You Petunia available here.  And before you ask, yes the u is missing from the sentiment because you are missing "U".  The image was colored with Copics, then fussy cut and put on a background that I created with some Copic Various Ink refills and Colorless Blender solution.  The glasses that the animals are all wearing received a coat of Judikins Diamond Glaze to replicate the look of real glass.

Bring It On!!!!

So the forecast for this Saturday is a blustery 11C with an overnight high of just 2C, and we all know what the means - the dreaded white stuff is closer than we think.  My card today for One Crazy Stamper suits the change of weather perfectly.

This adorable image is from a new stamp company at One Crazy Stamper - Whipper Snapper Designs - and is entitled Bring It On!.  I have colored the image with Copic sketch markers, and added a sprinkle of Stampendous Frantage Shabby Blue Embossing Enamel to replicate the look of snow.  The image was matted and then placed on the card front featuring paper from Basic Grey.

What's Brewing?

I have quite the backlog of posts just waiting for me to get around to showing you, and so today I am going to get started with this little beauty.

This gorgeous image is from Saturated Canary and is entitled "Morning".  I have colored her with my Copic sketch markers and then matted and mounted her on a card front featuring paper from My Mind's Eye and a flourish die from Memory Box.

Pretty Awesome

Welcome back to my Thursday post for One Crazy Stamper.  This month instead of a challenge, the design team is showing you some inspirational projects, so here's mine....

This sweet image is a new favorite of mine and I couldn't wait to color it up - this is Stamping Bella Tiny Town Amanda is Awesome.  I stamped the image on Copic Xpress It cardstock with Memento Tuxedo Black ink, then colored it with Copic sketch markers.  After matting and mounting the image on dp from Fab Scraps, I added clouds made with a Memory Box die, some ribbon accents and stamped the included sentiment directly on the dp.

Summertime and the Living is Easy!

It's been a beautiful summer this year - lots of sunshine mixed with the right amount of rain, which means the grass is growing, and growing, and growing.  Everyone can probably relate to this image from High Hopes Rubber stamps called Bob Loves Grass.

For One Crazy Stampers inspiration month, I have colored the image with my trusty Copic sketch markers then matted and mounted it with paper from My Mind's Eye.  The sentiment was included with the paper pad, and matched the feeling of the image perfectly.
